Wholesale Terms & Ordering Information
PRICES:
- All prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
- Prices do not include UPS shipping charges, insurance, or packing & handling.
MINIMUM ORDER:
- Opening Order: $200.00 Reorders: $200.00
NEW ACCOUNTS:
- Wholesale Buyer Application
- Opening Order must be proforma.
- A "Payment by telephone" option is available at shopping cart check-out.
- Reorders: Net 30 days with approved credit. Please allow up to 2-3 weeks for credit approval. You may enclose a 50% deposit or full amount with credit information to expedite the order.
- A Credit Application is required for credit approval.
PAYMENT:
- Invoices are issued and become effective on day of shipment.
- Credit Terms are Net 30 days from the date of invoice.
- Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover,
Paypal (sales@gozoglassusa.com ), Business Check (Merchandise shipped after 10-14 days,
once check has cleared).
- Merchandise remains the property of CARPE DIEM! until purchase price is paid in full.
- There will be a $35 U.S. charge for all returned checks.
PAST DUE ACCOUNTS:
- UNPAID BALANCES WILL BE CHARGED 2% PER MONTH on the total invoice beginning 31 days from invoice date. (24% per annum)
- CARPE DIEM! uses collection and legal services. All delinquent accounts will be reported after 90 days.
- Should your account be placed in collection, all costs incurred will be charged to you.
- Legal issues to be settled in Bloomington, Indiana U.S.A.
SHAPES, COLORS & SIZES:
- Stated dimensions are only approximations.
- Each piece is individually mouth blown and hand-finished. Please allow for reasonable variations in color and size of this totally handmade product. All items are handmade and therefore will vary.
SHIPMENTS:
- Orders shipped via insured U.P.S. Ground, FOB Bloomington, IN, U.S.A., unless otherwise requested, Monday-Friday.
- We cannot ship to P.O. boxes. Most orders shipped to Alaska, Canada, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, and Guam are shipped via Parcel Post and may require additional charges.
DAMAGE CLAIMS:
- Received Goods: UPS damage claims must be reported to CARPE DIEM!/Gozo Glass USA 877 -876-8730 within 72 hours from receipt of shipment for replacement or merchandise credit only-No cash refunds. Original carton, packing materials and damaged goods must be held for claim inspection by a UPS representative . You may reach the customer service department at 877-876-8730, or e-mail customerservice@gozoglassusa.com .
RETURNS/EXCHANGES:
- Special Order items are not returnable.
- CARPE DIEM! wants you to be completely satisfied. If the item/color you receive does not work in your display as you intended, it may be exchanged or returned for merchandise credit within 30 days of invoice date , less shipping & handling. We ask you not to abuse this policy, we extend this offer to help you to feel comfortable ordering online.
- A Return Authorization number is required for all returns and may be obtained by calling CARPE DIEM! Toll Free at 877-876-8730.
Returns received without an Return Authorization number will
not be accepted. All returns must be in original condition & packing and shipped via an insured carrier. Shipping and handling will not be refunded.

- Please note: CARPE DIEM!/Gozo Glass USA is not responsible for any damaged returned goods or refused UPS damage claims on returns to CARPE DIEM!/Gozo Glass USA. Carefully pack your return, using appropriate packing materials to prevent damage during transit. Please insure it for full value and retain all postal and insurance receipts in the event of loss or damage.
- Items returned incomplete i.e. without stoppers, lids etc. will not be accepted.
- All returned merchandise must be in its undamaged and in its original condition, and shipped PRE-PAID Insured UPS Ground within 3-4 business days of receipt of the Return Authorization# to CARPE DIEM! We cannot accept C.O.D. shipments . The UPS tracking system is used to determine receipt date of shipment.
- Shipping and handling will not be refunded. Customer is responsible for all returned item shipment costs.
- Merchandise is accepted at our discretion for credit only to the original purchaser.
- No cash or credit refunds.
